Why conscious connected breathwork?

You take 20,000 + breaths a day. Breathwork offers a portal to tapping into the infinite potential that lies in each of those breaths. Breathwork is the way in. It’s the way to nurture your connection with your inner world so you can transform your outer world. It’s the way to peel back the layers of noise and conditioning and reveal your centre – the real you. It’s the way to increase your capacity to meet the stresses of life.

Conscious connected breathwork isn’t a surface-level chill-out or a temporary escape. It’s bold, energising and empowering – a practice that clears space in your body and mind so you can actually feel alive.

This work is for anyone ready to reclaim space for themselves. We’re all rushing through life, hoping something will slow us down, but the truth is, life just won’t give us that break! Breathwork is a way to stop, reset and come back to ourselves, not by resting but by feeling: fully, frankly and fiercely.

How to prepare for the session:

  • Wear loose comfortable clothing (have a jumper and socks to hand for if you get cold).

  • Avoid eating a heavy meal for at least 2 hours before the session. A small snack is fine.

  • Don’t drink alcohol or lots of caffeine before the session.

  • Bring the following with you: a water bottle, a notebook and a pen. If you have a sleep mask/eye mask then you can bring that too.

  • Mats, blankets, cushions and bolsters will be provided.

  • Try to plan some downtime for yourself after the session to allow time for integration.

Please note:

The following are contraindications to this breathwork technique: Schizophrenia, bipolar, epilepsy, glaucoma, heart conditions, stroke, aneurysm, blood pressure issues, recent abdominal surgery, severe PTSD, asthma and pregnancy.
