Whatever draws you to breathwork, I create a bespoke breathwork experience to meet you where you are and guide you to where you need to go and what you need to feel.
Alongside conscious connected breathwork, I use a blend of tools and practices in the sessions, which include:

Each session is a space for you to tune out from the noise of the outer world and tune into what is alive within you. Simply the act of being completely present with your breath and body is already a radical act in today’s non-stop world. But the impact breathwork can have on you doesn’t stop there – it’s a portal to mental clarity, intuitive knowing, renewed energy, enhanced joy, emotional release, a deep sense of presence and so much more.
You can expect to come away feeling more connected to yourself, energetically lighter, and with insights about how you can continue to meet your needs when life continually tries to pull you in various directions at once.
1:1 Breathwork Session Options

This session is totally tailored to what you need in the moment. Using conscious connected breathwork, I’ll guide you into your inner world, where you’ll experience an expanded state of consciousness and allow yourself to deeply feel so you can create energetic space, greater clarity and more alignment with your true self.
While conscious connected breathwork is the main modality I use in sessions, I will weave in elements of coaching as well as Yoga Nidra (that I am currently training in).

To know before you book…
I recommend doing a minimum of three sessions to get started but you can book a one-off session if you prefer.
Recommended session pacing: doing one session a month is a great rhythm for those with a busy schedule (this is my most popular option). One session per fortnight or one session per week is also possible depending on availability.
Session timing: I have availability throughout the week and, on occasion, on weekends. We can define the session timings either in our connection call or in our email exchange after you book.

How do 1:1 breathwork sessions work?
I’ll send you a form and waiver to fill out so I can plan the session to meet your needs and you can get the most out of the session. You’re invited to bring a specific intention/question/theme to the session or just remain open to whatever comes up. You’ll also get a reminder email the day before the session with the details of how to connect to the session and how to prepare.
Before the session
We’ll unpack your intention and I’ll introduce you to/remind you of the technique(s) we’ll be using. Then you’ll get super comfy and I’ll guide you in a grounding practice to get you settled in your body before we start our main practice, which may be conscious connected breathwork or other breathwork techniques. Finally, I’ll guide you in further grounding practices before opening up the space for sharing and questions.
During the session
After care is super important. You’ll need to drink lots of water and, if you can, take some time to rest and ground and integrate your experience. Journalling or drawing are wonderful practices following a breathwork session to help you reflect on what you experienced. After the session, I’ll to check in and offer tips about short breathwork practices you can do in between our sessions.
